  Return Policy
  LuxyryUS gladly accepts returns and offers full refunds for both international and domestic orders. Refunds will cover only the cost of the items; shipping, customs, and duties are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your item. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered. Local returns are processed at no cost to you, while international return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  Customers who frequently make return orders will be subject to a restocking fee of $10 per order. This policy is designed to offset administrative costs and encourage more deliberate purchasing decisions.
  Upon reaching out to LuxyryUS, our team will facilitate the return process for your item(s). Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. After we accepts your return, please allow up to five (5) business days for the authorization process to be completed, as shown in Table 2.   Customs & Duties
  LuxyryUS is not responsible for any delays in order delivery due to customs clearance issues at the destination. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. These must be settled to release your order from customs. We cannot predict these charges as they vary by country. If you choose not to pay the required fees for the LuxyryUS shipment, you will be held accountable for the original shipping costs, any resultant import fees, and the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. These amounts will be deducted from your refund for the item(s) purchased.
